The domain name is registered on your behalf, for no additional charge for the initial registration period of 2 years. You become the legal registrant and the domain name is yours to keep and do with what you please.
Hosting Account & Email Services Included
Our Standard Shared Hosting Account is included in the price for the first year. (After that, you will have to renew your hosting account each year). With the account we provide, you'll be able to have as many email addresses as you like, auto-responders, all the things you would normally expect from a commercial hosting platform.
Vanilla Installation, Ready to Go
Once your domain name and hosting account are set up, we install Wordpress for you and set up the database so you are ready to log in and get going. You'll be able to use our control panel to set up your email account at your new domain name (We can set up an account for you if you want when we create the hosting account), and you can do whatever you want.... Install themes and plugins to your hearts content.

General Considerations, Small Print and Information about our Fixed Price Installs
- Ordering
To order one of these packages, please first get in touch with us by phone or by using the contact form. We will need to ask you a range of questions to fulfill your order and will issue a pro-forma invoice that must be settled before we register your chosen domain name and setup your website.
- Customising Your Website or Web App

Our hosted app installations are a technical service that we perform for you, the client, and will normally be an unmodified, stock installation of the software. Once setup and installed, we will provide you with the user account with which you can log in and adminster/customise the software to suit your brand, identity or business and also to fill up the website with content relevant to you. We will also provide you with access to the control panel where you can create, modify and delete email accounts amongst other things and you will receive FTP credentials so that you or your software can access the filesystem the software runs on.
We do not offer support for these software packages as they all tend to have vibrant and active communities who will often help you with any problems you have if you ask nicely. However, if you do require software support directly from us, it is chargeable at our standard hourly rate.
- Hosting Account
We'll create your hosting account and the cost of it is included in the fixed price for the first year only. Thereafter, you will be invoiced approximately 30 days in advance of the installation anniversary each year for the price of our standard shared hosting account.
- Domain Names
Registration of your chosen domain name is subject to availability. Additionally, only the initial registration period is free. The initial registration period is 2 years. Thereafter, you will be invoiced approximately 30 days before the registration anniversary for the renewal of the domain name at the relevant rate for the TLD you chose.
When you order your domain name, we will ask you for your full contact information and we will use this to register your domain name on your behalf. You will then become the legal registrant and no restriction will be placed on the domain name should you wish to transfer it to another registrar, or change the name servers as long as your account payments are up to date.
- Expiry & Non-Payment
When your hosting account or domain name nears expiry, we will issue a pro-forma invoice for the renewal of the service. If this invoice is not settled before the renewal date, the registration will lapse and/or your hosting account will be removed. On receipt of payment, a full VAT invoice will be raised for your records.
- Updates and Upgrades
All software packages at some point require updating for new functionality, to fix issues or to plug security holes. Once installed, it is your responsibility to keep the software up to date. Most packages have automatic update features that are quick and easy to use, however, if you require an update to be performed on your behalf, we can facilitate this at our current hourly rate.
If, for some reason you are unhappy with the service provided to you or perhaps you simply made a mistake and realised it's not what you wanted. You can request a refund less the cost of the domain registration as long as you do so within 14 days of setup. We think that's fair and assume that you'll want to keep the domain name anyway. Additionally, in this scenario, we will be happy to allow transfer out of the domain name to another registrar, or, change the nameservers to point wherever you want it to. It's your domain name after all and of course, the hosting account we set up for you will be terminated and any content, including the database and software will be deleted from our servers.
